中医辨证论治研究现状和展望

The Status and Prospecting of Determination of Treatment Based in Pathogenesis Obtained through Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs of TCM

通过对中医辨证论治研究的回顾和综合,认为其体现出的辨证法思维包括以阴阳五行学说为纲的抽象思维,以取类比象为特征的形象思维,在实践基础上厚积薄发的灵感思维以及人体稳态结构和失稳态结构两个层次,实际包括多种现代科学思维方法,是中医辨证论治的理论基础;多层次一元辨证观和辨证统一体系的建立,对中医辨证论治具有重要意义;加之以现代医学观点来探讨中医辨证论治的本质,使中医辨证论治仍具有强大生命力。但中医辨证论治在实际操作时因其人为参与因素过多,容易偏离客观实际,故还需在客观化和规范化方面努力,而中医辨证论治与西医病名的结合乃是辨证论治规范化的最佳途径。

After review and synthesis of the syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine, the author holds the differential thought is the theory basic of the syndrome differentiation, including abstract thinking on the basis of Yin-Yang and Five-element theory, image thinking by analogy and inspiration thinking based on practice, and that the steady-statestructure and unsteady-state structure, while it includes at the sane time many modern scientific analysis methods. The set up of the theory of multiple-levele monism syndrome differentiation and the united system of the syndreome differentiation are important to syndrome differentiation, in addition many modem medicine theory probing into the mechanism of syndrome differentiatio, the syndrome differentiation still has power life strength today. But the syndrome differentiation may sometimes be impractical in clinical practice owing to various factors in implementing it, so there must be improved in mode of impersonality and stadardize of syndrome differentiation. Therefore, the combination of the syndrome differentiation and western disease is the best way to the standardize of the syndrome differentiation.
