润滑油调合釜加热方案的选择及经济效益分析 被引量:1

摘要 在国内润滑油调和生产中,调和釜一般采用蒸汽盘管加热方式,但其温度不易控制,运行费用高,维修工作量大,盘管破损后影响油品质量。文章介绍了一种新型电加热方式,这种加热方式采用自限性电加热带进行加热。对蒸汽盘管加热、自限性电加热带两种方案的工艺特点、工程投资、运行费用以及社会效益和经济效益进行了对比分析。结果表明,自限性电加热带技术的技术性能、经济效益、节能、环保等方面都明显优于蒸汽盘管加热工艺。 The heating method of steam coil usually adopted in the blending process of lubricating oil has many disadvantages,such as difficult control of temperature,high cost processing, hard maintenance and contaminated products resulted from broken coil. A new heating method called self-limiting electric tracers is introduced in this article. The processing characteristics,periodic costs of investment,working capital,economic and social profits of two methods are compared and evaluated. The result shows that the self-limiting electric tracers is apparently better than the steam coil in the fields of technical specifications, economic benefits,energy-saving and environmental protection.
