摘要
研究了溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2的工艺条件.采用单因素实验法考察了添加剂对溶胶形成的影响,得出了制备防晒化妆品用纳米TiO2的最佳工艺条件:改性剂GXJ2质量分数为6%,锻烧温度600℃,时间2 h.纳米TiO2的防晒性能和光稳定性研究结果表明:选用Al2O3作包覆剂对纳米TiO2进行表面处理,可取得满意的效果.
Sol-gel process of nanosized TiO2 was studied. Effect of additives on sol formation was also investigated. The best technical condition for nanosized TiO2 was described as follows : mass fraction of GXJ2 was 6 %, calcination temperature was 600 ℃, calcination time was 2 h. Anti-UV radiation performance and photostability of nanosized TiO2 were examined. Satisfactory effect can be gained by using Al2O3 as covering agent for surface modifying of nanosized TiO2.
