摘要
采用阴极水平复合电沉积方式及先强烈搅拌5 min,然后通电开始复合电沉积的工艺,制备高复合含量的MWNTs-Ni复合电极.结果表明,当采用硫酸镍电解液、适当表面活性剂和光亮剂、电解液中ρ(MWNTs)=2 g/L且电流密度为2.5 A时,可获得w(MWNTs)=22.45%且结构致密的复合沉积层.其SEM照片显示MWNTs复合量已经达到最高极限,镍电结晶形态呈球形,结晶点位置多位于MWNTs管壁缺陷处及管端处,说明MWNTs复合电沉积为MWNTs基体与管端和管壁缺陷处结晶相互连接,形成牢固的复合沉积层.
MWNTs-Ni electrode is prepared by stirring 5 min in cathode horizontal mode. The result shows compound MWNTs electrodeposit with 22.45 % of content is prepared when sulfuric nickel electrolyte, surface active solvent and brightener are used and MWNTs = 2 g/L, voltaic density = 2.5 A. SEM shows MWNTs reaches highest content and sphericity, crystallization occurs on the sunk part and top of tub, which shows MWNTs compound electrodeposit is formed by connecting MWNTs matrix and crystals.
