摘要
介绍了一种全新的平板显示器件通用驱动电路IP核的总体设计。采用自顶向下的设计方法将其划分为几个主要模块,并分别介绍各个模块的功能,用VHDL语言对其进行描述,并用FPGA实现。通过仿真验证,该IP核具有良好的移植性,规模可调,可用于多数不同种类和不同规模的平板显示器件。
A novel IP core for Flat Panel Displays (FPD) driver has been designed. By the top-down way,the IP core is divided into several modules according to their functions ,and the functions of these modules are described. Meanwhile ,the IP core is expressed with VHDL,systemically realized with FPGA, and finally confirmed by the computer simulation. The IP core exhibits excellently transplantable characteristics,and can conveniently modulate the drivers scale,which can be extensively used in FPD with different kinds and different scale.
