通心络胶囊治疗X综合征的研究

Study of Tongxinluo capsule on X syndrome

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗心脏X综合征的疗效。方法选择30例心脏X综合征患者,在给予β受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂或长效硝酸酯类药物治疗的基础上加服通心络胶囊,3粒/次,每天3次。随访12周后观察胸痛发作情况,复查平板运动试验及冠状动脉造影。结果用药后胸痛发作次数由用药前的(2.6±2.9)次/d减少为用药后的(1.3±1.5)次/d(P<0.05),平板运动试验阳性患者减少(P<0.01),平板运动试验到达终点时间明显延长(P<0.01),冠状动脉造影示冠脉血流改善(P<0.01)。结论通心络胶囊能改善血管内皮功能,提高冠状动脉血流储备及运动耐量,减少心绞痛的发作。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Tongxinluo capsule on cardiac X syndrome, Methods 30 patients with cardiac X syndrome were chosen and given Tongxinluo capsule 3 pills one time and 3 times a day on the base of treatment which included β- receptor blockers, calcium channel blockers or long acting nitrates. The chest pain paroxysm condition was observed and the treadmill test and coronary angiography were rechecked after following up for 12 weeks. Results After treatment, paroxysm times of chest pain were reduced from （2.6 ± 2.9） times a day before treatment to （1.3 ± 1.5 ） times a day （ P 〈 0.05）, the positive cases of treadmill test decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ） , the arriving terminus time of treadmill test prolonged obviously （P 〈 0.O1 ） and coronary angiography showed coronary flow was improved （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsulc can improve vascellum endothelial function, enhance coronary flow reserve and exercise tolerance and reduce the paroxysm of chest pain.
