摘要
湖北职业技术学院财经系在总结我国高职教育人才培养的经验和探索高等职业教育规律的基础上,积极推行“学校———企业———社会”三位一体的人才培养模式,探索出“校企合作、校社融通、产学研结合”的人才培养新模式,为社会培养一大批素质较高的应用型人才。
The department of Finance and Economics of Hubei Vocational - Technical College pursues the training model of trinity of ＂School - Business - Society＂ actively on the base of summarizing the talents training experience and exploring the law of higher vocational education. They explore a new talents training model of college and enterprises cooperating, college and society circulating, and production, teaching, research combining together, and train large quantities of applied talents of high quality for our society.
