摘要
目前高职教育中存在着“双师”迷信,“双师”的作用被高估了。文章从“双师”的提出背景、概念、实际标准的退化3方面分析了“双师”存在的问题,指出必须破除“双师”迷信,树立全新的“双师”理念。
The effect of "double -role" teacher is overrated now. It implies that the blind faith on" double - role" teacher lies in higher vocational and technical education. This paper analyses some problems on" double - role" teacher from three aspects: its background ,concept and the degeneration of its actual standard. The paper also points out that we must explode the blind faith on" double - role" teacher and set up some bran - new ideologies on "double - role" teacher.
