益气活血方对慢性肝炎蛋白质代谢异常的影响

Effect of Method of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation to Metabolic Disorder of Chronic Hepatitis Protein

目的:观察益气活血类中药对慢性肝炎患者蛋白质代谢异常的疗效;方法:治疗组和对照组患者均予常规西药护肝治疗,治疗组加服自拟中药,对照组加用复方氨基酸静滴;结果:益气活血法对慢性肝炎蛋白质代谢异常患者的有效率为92.50%(37/40),明显优于对照组的有效率42.86%(12/28),[X2=20.89,P<0.05]结论:益气活血法对慢性肝炎蛋白质代谢异常患者的疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective： Observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese Medicine of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation to patients＇ metabolic disorder of chronic hepatitis protein. Method： Patients of treatment group and contrast group are given routine treatment, using Western Medicine to protect liver. Treatment group is added the traditional Chinese Medicine. Contrast group is added the injection of compound amino acid. Result： Effective rate of the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation to protein metabolic disorder patients of chronic hepatitis is 92.50% （37/40）. It is superior obviously to contrast group whose effective rate is 42.86% （ 12/28 ） [ X^2 = 20.89, P 〈0. 051- Conclusion： The curative effect of the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation is superior obviously to mere Western Medicine treatment for chronic hepatitis patients＇ disorder of protein metabolism.
