髂内动脉灌注与栓塞在中晚期前列腺癌治疗中的意义

Internal iliac artery infusion and embolism for advanced prostate cancer

目的探讨髂内动脉化疗栓塞术在晚期前列腺癌治疗中的作用。方法对49例晚期前列腺癌患者行内分泌治疗和去势手术常规综合治疗,对29例晚期前列腺癌患者进行常规综合治疗同时行双侧髂内动脉超选择化疗栓塞术。结果与常规治疗组比较,介入治疗组尿道梗阻症状明显改善,短期内PSA值下降更明显,两组做统计学分析有明显差异(2周t=3.316,P<0.001;1个月t=2.741,P<0.01;2个月t=1.685,P<0.05),6个月复查两组PSA值接近,统计学分析无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论经双侧髂内动脉超选择化学栓塞治疗晚期前列腺癌疗效肯定,为综合治疗晚期前列腺癌增加了新的治疗手段。

Objective To study the application of the chemoembolization of internal iliac artery for advanced prostate cancer. Methods Super selective chemoembolization of internal iliac artery was undertaken in 29 cases of advanced prostate cancer with surgical castration and endocrinotherapy was rendered; As control, 49 cases of advanced prostate cancer were given surgical castration and endocrinotherapy. Results Comparing with the control group, the symptoms of urethra obstruction had significantly alleviated. The PSA declined significantly in short time （two weeks t= 3. 316, P〈0. 001; 1 month t=2.741, P〈0.01; 2 months t=1.685, P〈0.05）. Six months after treatment, the PSA became as same as the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The super selective chemoembolization of internal lilac artery was effective for advanced prostate cancer, which provides a new method for the advanced prostate cancer.
