从SARS患者血清发现双相型深部真菌的报告 被引量:2

摘要 目的从临床诊断的SARS病人血清中分离病原微生物。方法采用SARS患者血清通过NIH小鼠腹腔、脑和鸡胚卵黄囊和尿囊接种、人胚肺细胞呼吸道病毒培养和系列细菌培养分离病原体,所获微生物经形态学、血清学、生化学和法国梅里埃(Vitek)全自动微生物系统鉴定,复制动物模型和病理学检查。结果从SARS病人血清分离的微生物,检定结果为一种双相型深部嗜肺性真菌,属流行性肺组织胞浆菌(球状酵母菌)。结论分离的肺组织胞浆菌(球状酵母菌)是呼吸系统深部真菌。 Objective A microorganism pathogen was isolated from the serum of SARS patients . Methods Serum of five SARS patients were inoculated in the abdomen and brain of NIH mice, in chicken yolk and allantois and in the human embryo lung cells. The samples were isolated and cultured; a Histoplasma was identified by the morphological, biochemical and serological examination, and confined by the automatic microbiological evaluation system, and animal experiments. Result It's diphastic deep pneumonic fungus-pneumonic histoplasma (Coccidioides) was found in serum of 3 SARS patients. Conclusion A deep pneumonic furgus Histoplasma (Coccidioides) was isolated from the serum of SARS patient.
