Effect of endovascular embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms

摘要 目的探讨颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗的疗效.方法118例颅内动脉瘤用可控弹簧圈行血管内栓塞治疗,对其随访结果进行分析.结果118例患者中108例痊愈,3例长期昏迷,7例死亡.72例术后2～36个月期间影像随访,无变化者63例,复发8例,1例栓塞后再出血.结论弹簧圈栓塞疗效肯定,但定期随访是必要的,尤其对部分栓塞者. Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of endovascular embolization of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 118 patients with intracranial aneurysms were packed by detachable coil and analyzed in their follow-up results. Results 108 cases had a good recovery, 3 long-term coma, 7 death. The images of 72 cases during the follow-up of 2-36 months revealed that 63 cases had no changes, and reoccurrence happened in 8 cases and rehemorrhage in 1 case. Conclusion The embolization of aneurysm using detachable coils could have a favorable therapeutic efficacy, and the follow-up were necessary, especially in the cases with partial embolization.
