摘要
在HY-025高精度专用车床上,采用不同前角的硬质合金刀具进行薄切削铝合金试验,通过NACE-10型高速摄影机发现:随着刀具前角增大,切屑的卷曲变形程度逐渐降低,切屑的流动方向朝已加工过的表面偏转,切屑从产生到断裂的时间变长.研究表明当前角γ=10°时,切屑的变形和流向比较合理,有利于降低已加工表面的粗糙度.
The thin-layer cutting tests at different front-angles of the aluminum alloy were made on the HY-025 fine turning machine. By using the NACE-10 high-speed picture camera, it was found that with the increase of the front-angle, the curl degree of the scrapes gradually decreased; the flow direction deflected toward the cutted surface; and the time interval from cutting to the scrape rupture increased. The tests showed that the scrape deformation and flow at front-angle γ=10° were relatively resonahle and was helpful to reduce roughness of the cutted surface.
