摘要
用数值计算的方法模拟了周期性边界条件下形状记忆合金温度场的分布情况,主要研究了射流速度、喷距以及射流周期对形状记忆合金的温度随时间的瞬态变化规律。结果表明:形状记忆合金的温度在交变的冷热射流作用下也呈现一个明显的周期性变化规律,射流速度越大、喷距越小、射流周期越长形状记忆合金壁温的波动范围也就越大,但是射流周期的长短不与壁温的波动范围呈线性关系。
Numerical simulations were used to simulate the temperature of liquid-jet at periodic boundary condition. Mainly was studied the temperature of the SMA effected by exit velocity, nozzle-to-surface spacing and jet periods. It is found that the temperature on the surface of SMA actuator also has a fluctuation with the periodic boundary condition, and the temperature wave amplitude increases with the increasing of exit velocity ,jet periods, with the decreasing of the nozzle-to-surface spacing.
