文章就国内外BOT工程应用现状做了简单的阐述,通过对BOT项目风险识别分析的研究综述,提出风险识别评价研究要系统化、可操作化的观点,为解决BOT项目风险分摊问题的研究提供依据,以促进BOT工程模式在我国的推广。

This paper briefly discussed the application status of the domestic and international BOT project, based on the research summarization for the analysis of risk recognition of the BOT project, it put forward a view that the evaluation research of risk recognition should be systematic and operable. These offered the basis for solving the problem of the risk allocation about the BOT project, so as to facilitate the extending of BOT mode in our country.
