摘要
使用不同厂家生产的新城疫疫苗、禽流感单价苗、禽流感二价苗、浓缩新城疫禽流感二联三价苗免疫生产鸡群,分别在免疫后1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,15周和20周进行翅静脉采血,检测鸡群中ND、AI(H9、H5)HI抗体水平。结果表明,不同单位生产的疫苗质量存在差异。综合评价,以浓缩新城疫-禽流感二联三价疫苗免疫效果最佳。将此疫苗应用到1万套爱拔益加父母代肉种鸡群中,通过定期检测,均取得较好的ND、AI(H9、H5)HI抗体水平,为生产中做好新城疫与禽流感的防制工作提供了指导。
Chickens were immunized with vaccines of different producters ,blood was collected via wing vein in week 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,15 respectively to detect the serum antibody level against ND/AI(Hg, HS). The results showed that there were differences in quality between different vaccines. Through comprehensive evaluation, the immunization effect of the triple concentrated vaccine from NDV and AIV was the best. 10000 set of AA parental broiler-type chicken were immunized with the triple concentrated vaccine from NDV and AIV, satisfying antibody level against ND,AI(Hg, HS) was obtained after regular detection. This offered guidance to prevention and control of the Newcastle disease and Avian influenza well in production.
