改革开放以来土木工程专业的产业背景有了很大的变化,传统土建产业向BOT和EPC方式转变,大量新兴土建相关服务企业出现。这些变化对学生的就业、工作以及人才的培养都有很大的影响,也促进土木工程专业教师思想观念的改变,并给专业的培养提出了新的要求。

The industrial background of civil engineering specialty has been greatly c hanged since the reform and opening policy. The traditional building construction are gradually transformed into ways of BOT and EPC , a large number of new developing building construction related service enterprises appear. These changes have great influence on employment, work of students and their training. It promotes the changes of the concepts of teachers, and has put forward the new demands for professional training.
