On the Reform of Legal Foundation TextBooks

文章通过分析“法律基础”课的教材存在的弊端,从教材改革的原则这个角度进行探讨,对“法律基础”教材的改革在新颖性、实用性、趣味性、生活性等方面提出了一些新的设想。

The present paper starts its analysis from the existing problems of the legal foundation course-textbooks. Then it proposes some new suggestions on the reform of the content of textbooks. It is argued that the best textbooks should be innovative, practicable, fascinating and useful.
