摘要
高校扩招给大学新生带来前所未有的压力,文章对大学新生人格发展缺陷及其成因进行了分析,并对大新生人格教育对策进行了初探。
The policy of universities recruitment expansion brings freshmen pressure and challenge that they have never imagined. The paper analyzes the freshmen＇s personality defect and origin, and studies the countermeasures for the freshmen＇s personality cultivation.
