摘要
本文从洪水总量与洪水过程两个角度研究了洪水预报误差对碧流河水库防洪预报调度的影响,其中对洪量的研究采用基于规范的洪水预报误差和基于预报误差的分布规律两种方法,得出一些初步的结论,并对研究洪水预报误差提出了一些建议。
The paper studies the influence of flood forecast error to flood control forecast operation of Biliuhe reservoir from two angles of flood gross amount and flood process,among them,flood gross amount study based on normal flood forecast error and based on distribution low of forecast error,reaches some conclusions,and puts forward some propositions for flood forecast error study.
