本文对几种ＰＩ层摩擦效果的微双折射检测方法的原理、实施难点、准确度和方案特色等进行了比较分析和研究，介绍了旋转检偏法改进要点和我们的实验结果。

In this paper, the principle、implemented difficulty、precision and scheme of birefimgence checkout methods are studied with comparative analysis for rubbing effect of liquid crystal PI layer. The experimental result and rotational polarization method are also introduced in the experimetal work.
