摘要
为了研究纤维和矿粉对沥青胶浆性能的影响,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)和弯梁流变仪(BBR)对纤维、矿粉和沥青三者组成的沥青胶浆的高、低温性能进行了研究,分析了粉胶比和纤维用量变化对沥青胶浆性能的影响。结果表明,提高粉胶比、增加纤维用量使沥青胶浆的高温性能改善,但会使低温性能有所降低;矿粉和纤维两种材料具有不同的作用机理,采用纤维取代部分矿粉可取得沥青混合料高、低温性能均改善的效果,是解决沥青混合料高、低温性能难以兼顾的有效途径。
In order to study effect of fiber and mineral filler on the performance of asphalt mortar, dynamic-shear-rheometer and bend-beam rheometer were used to study the effects of the ratio of filler to bitumen and fiber content on the properties of asphalt mortar. Based on the analysis of asphalt mortar character, it was obtained that the increase of ratio of bitumen and fiber can improve the performance to resist the high temperature deformation, but it will bring the degradation of anti-cracking performance. The test results also indicated that the partial replacement of filler with a certain content of fiber can improve anti-cracking property of asphalt mixture at low temperature while good performance at high temperature is kept. 3 tabs, 10 figs, 6 refs.
