摘要
为了适应飞地城市型开发区开发阶段公路设施建设规划的需要,综合运用最小树法、区位线分析法、重要度布局等方法,对开发区路网进行规划,以满足开发区内外联系骨架、腹地开发轴线、骨架加密联络线等多方面的交通需求。建立了飞地城市型开发区公路网规划体系,并成功应用于西安市杨凌开发区的规划实践。结果表明,在飞地城市型开发区规划论证中,该方法能够满足开发区与母城直达道路交通、开发区对外道路交通、开发区内部道路交通的多层次需求,并对公路网布局理论有一定的借鉴。
In order to meet the requirement of the highway facilities planning in the development stage of independent-city-type development zone, this paper used the mode important degree method, the area location method and minimum tree method to plan the highway network. Then it built the independent-city-type development zone's highway network planning, and proved with the practice of Yangling highway network planning successfully. The result shows that the method can be used in the independent-city-type development zone's highway network planning and it has certain reference to the highway network planning. 2 figs, 7 refs.
