东北黄鼬体重、体尺、内脏及皮毛性状

The Body Weight and Measurement,Internal Organs and the Skin's Character of Mustela Sibirica Machurica Brass

通过对东北黄鼬体重、体尺、内脏及皮毛性状的测定,结果表明:①东北黄鼬公、母成年个体平均体重分别为384.83±66.79g和223.61±15.70g,平均体长分别为33.33±2.27cm和27.88±0.68cm,具有性别二态性。②东北黄鼬肠的平均长度公、母分别为其体长的5.3倍和4.5倍;心、肝、肺、脾、肾的平均重量:公鼬分别为其体重的1.19%、2.93%、1.90%、0.30%和1.00%,母鼬分别为其体重的1.20%、3.13%、2.31%、0.38%和1.01%。③公鼬平均皮长为46±5.84cm,母鼬平均皮长为33±5.09cm。公、母鼬尾部针毛极显著地长于背、腹部(P<0.01),腹部针毛最短。针毛靠近皮肤端较细,远离皮肤端较粗;针毛直径腹部较粗,背、尾部较细;母鼬腹部针毛最细处直径显著高于背部(P<0.05)。

In this paper to he measured the mean bocly weight and measurement, internal organs and the skin＇ s eharaeter of Mustela sibirica machurica Brass. The results are： Ⅰ The average body weight of adult male and female are 384.83 ± 66.79g and 223.61 ± 15.70g respectively, the arerage body lengh are 33.33 ± 2.27cm and 27.88 ± 0.68cm. There is evident differenee between the two sexes. Ⅱ. The intestine length of male and fmmale are respective 5.3 and 4.5 times longer than the body lengh; the male＇s weight of heart, liver, lung, spleen and nephrie are respective 1.19, 2.93, 1.90, 0.30, 1.00 percent of the body weight, the female＇ s are 1.20, .3.13, 2.31, 0.38, 1.01 percent, Ⅲ. The average skin lengh of male is 46 ± 5.84cm, the females is 33 ± 5.09cm; The guard hair on tail is very evident longer than those on back（P〈0.01）, the shortest guard hair ison belly; the guard hair near end of skin is thinner the other end is thicker. The guard hair on belly is thieher than those on back and tail. The fe male＇s guard hair is evident thicker than those on baek（P〈0.05）.
