摘要
目的研究三七中总皂苷的提取工艺。方法采用均匀设计法安排试验进行优选,以分光光度法测得的总皂苷的含量为指标进行评价,利用多元回归分析,确定最佳提取工艺参数。结果将三七粉碎,称取10g,分别用10、8、6倍量水回流提取3次,每次3.5h,滤过,合并滤液,通过大孔吸附树脂柱(树脂用量为药材量的0.25倍),先用水洗2个保留体积,然后用95%乙醇洗脱4个保留体积,收集乙醇洗脱液,回收乙醇、减压干燥、粉碎,即得三七总皂苷提取物。结论利用最佳工艺条件能充分、有效地提取三七药材中的总皂苷。
Objective: To study the extraction process for the total saponins in Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen Method:To set up the experiment by the way of uniform design and optimized the selection. Use the total saponins content and the total saponins extracting rate, which is measured by the way of spectrophotometry,as the detective markers to evaluate the experiment, To fix on optimized parameters for extraction process through multiple linear regression. Result: dosage and eluting times by alcohols have remarkable effects on the extracted rate of the total saponins in Panax notoginseng (Burk.)F. H. Chen The best process is to use water to extract Panax notoginseng (Burk.)F.H. Chen three times, solvent dosage is 10,8 and 6 times in turn, extraction time is 3.5 hours in turn. The extraction fluid pass through macroreticular resin chromatographic column and eluted by 95 % alcohols. Conclusion: Using the optimized extraction process condition can extract .the total saponins in Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chert more effectively.
