摘要
目的建立风湿安泰片中士的宁含量的测定方法。方法应用RP-HPLC法测定,选用硅胶色谱柱,流动相为正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨试液(42.5∶42.5∶5∶0.35),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:254nm,柱温为25℃。结果线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为96.33%,RSD为1.04%(n=5)。结论方法简便可靠,可用于风湿安泰片的质量控制。
Objective To establish the determination method of Strychnine in Fengshi-antai-Tablet. Method The HPLC was carried out on silicagel column using hexane-dichlommethane-methanol-ammonia（42.5：42.5： 5：0.35）, as a mobile phase. The detecting wavelength was set at 254nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. The column temperature was at 2512. Result The linear relationship was good. The average recovery was 96.33% and RSD was 1.04 % （n = 5）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and suitable for the quality control of Fengshi-Antai-Tablets.
