摘要
应用MEVVA源离子注入技术,在氮化处理基础上对H13钢模具进行了C和Ti双重离子注入表面改性研究。结果表明,C和Ti双重离子注入可以显著提高H13钢的表面硬度和耐磨性,降低摩擦系数,从而大幅度提高模具的使用寿命和产品质量,使模具挤压产量由离子注入前的3.51t提高到9.86t,提高了近200%。
Surface modification by C and Ti ion implantation with MEVVA source was investigated on H13 steel which was nitrided firstly. The results show that surface hardness and wear resistance of H13 steel is obviously improved, friction coefficient is depressed by C and Ti ion implantation. Consequently, the life of the die and the surface quality of products is improved remarkably. The average output of every die increases 200% approximately than before,and it reaches 9.86 tons.
