摘要 在不锈钢基体上,采用1#、2#、3#合金粉末进行激光熔覆,用X射线衍射分析和能谱分析测定了熔覆层物相组成。利用极化曲线评价了熔覆层的耐蚀性。结果表明,2#熔覆层具有高的表面硬度和耐蚀性,最有应用开发前途。 1#, 2# and 3# alloy powder was laser overlaid on stainless steel matrix. The phase structure of the overlaid layer was detected by use of XRD and energy spectrum analyzer. The corrosion resistance of the overlaid layer was assessed by means of the polarization curve. The results show that the overlaid layer obtained by 2# alloy powder has high hardness and fine corrosion resistance and promises the best development prospect.
