摘要
目的探讨恶性淋巴瘤组织中内皮细胞特异性分子-1(ESM-1)mRNA和蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法、原位杂交方法对58例淋巴瘤组织和10例正常淋巴结的ESM-1蛋白及mRNA进行检测。结果ESM-1蛋白及mRNA在淋巴瘤组织中均有表达,在血管中较少表达。结论ESM-1分子可能参与了淋巴瘤的发生发展过程。
Objective To explore the effect of endothelial cell-specific moelecule-1 （ ESM-1 ） mRNA and protein in malignant lymphoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry detection （S-P method ） and in situ hybridization method were used to detect the expression of ESM-1 protein and mRNA in 58 cases of lymphoma and 10 cases of normal lymph node. Results The expression of mRNA and protein was found in lymphoma but less in vascular endotheliurn. Conclusion ESM-1 might be involved in the development of lymphoma.
