摘要
目的探讨葛根素对烫伤大鼠心肌损害的保护作用及机制。方法采用制作30%TBSAⅢ度烫伤大鼠模型,随机分为复苏组(40只),治疗组(40只),另取8只作为伤前对照。于烫伤后1、3、6、12、24h各取静脉血,测心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的含量,另取大鼠心脏作形态学检查。结果复苏组及治疗组cTnT及TNF-α的含量高于对照组,治疗组低于复苏组(P<0.05)。电镜显示,伤后24h,治疗组心肌组织损伤程度较复苏组减轻。结论葛根素对大鼠烧伤后心肌损害有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of puerarin on the rat myocardial injury. Methods Eighty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into the recovery group ( n = 40), the treatmental group (n =40) and the control group (n = 8 ). The rats in the recovery and the treatment groups were subjected to 30% TBSA Ⅲ degree scald. Blood samples from the aorta were obtained at 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 hours after bumning for the determination of cTnT and TNF-α. Rat heart was harvested for morphological examination. Results The cTnT and TNF-α content in serum in the recovery group and the and the treatmental group were lower than that of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group, recovery group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Comparing with the recovery group, the ultrastructural changes were obviously alleviated on 24 hours in the treatment group. Conclusion Puerarin protects the myocardium of seriously scalded rats.
