锅炉“四管”泄漏事故发生的原因分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 对某发电厂各种形式的“四管”泄漏产生的原因进行了分析,并从检修和运行方面提出了相应的处理措施。实施后,受热面超温爆管比例从34.8%下降至15%,因检修不良而造成的“四管”泄漏发生率也有大幅下降,但因焊接缺陷和受热面材质造成的泄漏次数却明显上升。 The causes leading to leakage accidents of different type “four kinds of tubes” in one power plant have been analysed, and corresponding remedial measures being put forward from repair and operation aspects. After implementing the said measures, tubeburst ratio due to overtemperature of the heating surface has reduced from 34.8% to 15%, occurrence ratio of said leakage accidents due to improper repairs has also greatly decreased, but leakage times resulting from welded defects and material quality of the heating surface are enhanced obviously.
