摘要
目的:观察三氧化二砷对小鼠过敏性哮喘的治疗作用。方法:49只雄性小白鼠随机分为7组:对照组,哮喘模型组,哮喘+地塞米松2mg/kg治疗组,哮喘+三氧化砷0.575mg/kg,哮喘+三氧化二坤1.15mg/kg治疗组,哮喘+三氧化砷2.3mg/kg治疗组,哮喘+三氧化二砷4.6mg/kg治疗组。每组各7只。用卵蛋白建立小鼠过敏性哮喘模型,收集肺泡灌洗液(BALF),直接计算白细胞总数和分类,双缩脲法检测总蛋白含量,应用Medlab生物信号采集系统软件检测小鼠肺功能。结果:三氧化二砷治疗组BALF中总蛋白含量,白细胞总数,巨嗜细胞,嗜酸细胞和淋巴细胞与哮喘组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);三氧化二砷治疗组肺功能中Pmax和T呼/T总与哮喘组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:三氧化二砷对小鼠过敏性哮喘有治疗作用。
Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy of arsenic trioxide in asthma. Methods:Forty --nine healthy kunming male mice at 5 weeks of age were randomly divided into seven groups: control group, asthmatic group, dexamethasone group and arsenic groups (the mice were given arsenic trioxide 0. 575 mg/kg,1.15 mg/kg ,2.3 mg/kg,4.6 mg/kg before challenge). An animal model of asthma was established by means of OVA sensitizing-challenging. Pulmonary function in those mice was measured by Organism Signal Collectio leucocytes, eosinophils, lymphocytes and protein concentrations decrease. Results:In those groups treated with arsenic trioxide, compared with astbmatic group, total protein concentration, total leucocytes, eosinophils and lymphocytes were decreased(P〈0. 05, P〈0.01), Pmax and Tbreath/Ttotal of the pulmonary function was improved(P〈0.05, P〈0. 01). Conclusion: There are therapeutic effects of arsenic trioxide on asthma, the count of total.
