根据实际生产经验和模具设计技术,介绍了不同结构汽车覆盖件翻边整形模设计的基本规范以及凸、凹模结构和压料装置在设计中应满足的技术要求,使此类模具结构的设计规范化,提高了设计效率。

Fundamental specification of the design of different mechanics of flaging and restriking die for automobile body metal sheets was introduced based on practical experience and die design technology. Discussion was also on the structure of cavity die and punch and technical requirements that should be met in the design. Design of this group of die structure was made normalized and efficiency was raised accordingly.
