From the angle of sociology, this article argues the social benefit of Olympic Games. The article thinks that holding Olympic Games can enhance the social cohesion and help to the development of the harmonious society. Furthermore, this article considers the approaches of enhancing the social cohesion by checking the comprehensive effect of the former Olympic Games.
