Review and Prospect of Sports Development in Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops

回顾了我国唯一一个实行国家计划单列的特殊社会组织——新疆生产建设兵团成立50年来竞技体育事业所取得的成就。从目前来看,新疆生产建设兵团竞技体育发展中所存在的问题主要是思想观念还没有得到根本的转变;人才资源匮乏;训练网络不健全;竞赛体系有待进一步法律化、规范化;各种保障体系尚未完全建立。面对新的发展机遇,确立正确的发展指导思想,完善竞技体育训练网络,加强相关领域的研究是加快建设兵团竞技体育发展步伐的必由之路。

By methods of document and expert interview, the achievement in sports was reviewed through fifty years developing of Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops, the special social organization of China. Now there are some problems of sports in Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops. the people＇s ideas has not changed, the resource of people with ability is scarce, the training system is not perfect, the competition system needs farther legalization and standard, various insurances have not found. Face with the new chance of sports in Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops, establish accurate guidelines, perfect the training system, strengthen the study of interrelated fields are the main questions of how to accelerate the sports development of Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops.
