摘要
运用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,对我国学校体育人力资源配置状况、存在的问题、优化配置的对策进行了实证研究。认为在配置中应建立校际间的人员定期服务和交流轮换制度、尾数分流制度、倾斜的工资和专业技术职务评聘制度;学校及学校体育人力资源在市场配置中的主体地位应进一步明确,配置的市场体系应进一步建立健全;应打破区域、单位人才保护壁垒,鼓励人才跨区域、单位流动,实现人才资源的优化组合和共享。
By methods of bibliography, questionnaire, specialist talk, the analysis with authentic proofs, problems and strategies of the disposition of the P, E human resources was done on the status in China. Conclusion showed that we should establish the periodical service and intereommunion system of the interscholastic, mantissa diflluent system, the favourable wages and the title of a technical post system; the main beby' s status of the schools and the P. E human resources in the marketing disposition should be further clear and definite; the marketing system of the disposition should be more established; we should break territorial barracks of the talented person protection and encourage the talented person flow across the district and unit in order to the optimized combination with share,
