摘要
《体育与健康课程标准》从“以教为本”走向“以学为本”;从“刚性约束”走向“弹性空间”;从“增强体质”走向“健康第一”的理念变化,对促进我国学校体育工作的科学发展奠定了坚实基础。但是目标体系、课程内容以及学习评价方面的不完善,会给实际教学工作的操作带来较大困难。
"Standard for the course of PE and Health" is experiencing conceptually the change from so called "developing by imbuing"to "developing by learning", the change from so called "the frigid restrain" to "flexible control" and the change from so called "focus on body' s build- up" to "the principle for health". The conceptual transformation lays firm foundation for the course of national P.E. education to progress forward scientifically. On the other hand, the imperfect objective structure, the inadequate course establishment and the flawed learning evaluation bring much trouble to real teaching practice.
