摘要
目的探讨泪小管断裂吻合术的方法及效果。方法42例泪小管断裂患者,在显微镜直视下寻找鼻侧断端,以硬膜外麻醉导管为支撑物,导管的外段的固定缝线穿过下睑全层。结果42例术后泪道冲洗均通畅,1例有轻度溢泪,1例泪点豁裂。结论新鲜泪小管断裂借助手术显微镜在直视下吻合成功率极高。
Objective To discuss method and effect in repair of lacrimal canal laceration. Methods 42 cases of fresh lacrimal canal laeeratiou were treated under operation mieroseope. Results 41 cases were cured, 1 ease epiphra lightly. Conclusion Under operation microscope,anastomosis of fresh lacrimal canal is successful easily.
