摘要
本文介绍了将碱性皂化废水与酸性锅炉烟道气联合治理的工程设计实例.工业装置运行表明治理后的烟道气脱硫率>80%,除尘率>95%,皂化废水治理后大部分循环回用,少部分达标排放.
A practical example of facility design to treat basic wastewater of saponi-fication process and acid boiler exhaust gas jointly is presented in this paper. The design demand has been best completed with the operation of this industrial facility, over 80% and 95% of removal ratios of sulfide and dust particles respectively for the exhaust gas are obtained and most saponification wastewater is reused after treatment.
