摘要
为了编制和优化搭接施工计划,计算工作最早开始时间、最迟开始时间、最早完成时间、最迟完成时间、总时差、自由时差和计算工期十分重要。提出了一种计算搭接施工计划时间参数新模型。该模型以工作完成时间为决策变量,通过建立和求解线性规划模型来得到搭接施工计划时间参数。其建模思路独特,不需绘制网络图,能用通用办公软件EXCEL求解。模拟计算表明,用该方法与用标准搭接网络计划技术计算出的时间参数完全一致。
In order to prepare and optimize multi - dependency construction schedule plan, it is very important to calculate the earliest start times, latest start times, earliest finish times, latest finish times, total floats, free floats and calculated project duration. In this paper, a new model for calculating multi - dependency construction schedule time parameters is put forward. Using this model, the various time parameters can be obtained by establishing and solving the linear programming models whose decision variables are work finish times. The modeling thought of this new model is very unique, drawing network diagrams is not needed, and the linear progrmnming models can be easily solved using the general office software EXCEL. The simulation calculations show that the time parameters obtained by using this new model and those obtained by using the multi - dependency network scheduling technique are altogether in agreement.
