摘要
对LCC-A多产丙烯助剂进行了小型固定流化床评价和中型提升管评价.该助剂在大连石化公司三套催化裂化和上海石化的1#炼油联合两套装置进行了工业应用试验.结果表明,主催化剂中添加5%~6%的LCC-A助剂后,能明显增加丙烯收率,提高丙烯选择性,汽油辛烷值增加1个单位以上,缓解了降烯烃带来的辛烷值下降的矛盾,增加了市场急需化工产品丙烯的需求,有明显的经济效益.上海石化试验结果表明,LCC-A助剂添加到5%时,其性能达到了国外助剂OlefinsMax的水平.
The test results for LCC-A promoter for producing more propylene on small-scale fixed fluidized bed and medium-scale fluidized bed apparatus were described. The commercial application of the promoter on the Third RFCCU at Dalian Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. and at Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. were reported, too. The results showed that when 5 % - 6 % of LCC-A was added to the main catalyst, the yield of and selectivity to propylene were remarkably enhanced. Octane number of the gasoline increased by over 1, which debottlenecked the problem that octane number of gasoline declines with decrease in olefin content. The results at Shanghai Petrochemical CO. , Ltd. showed that properties of LCC-A promoter were comparable to those of OlefinsMax when its dosage was 5 %.
