摘要
研究了中试失活的M-92异丙苯合成催化剂上积炭的性能及在不同温度下的H2O-O2-N2烧炭再生。对再生后催化剂的活性、酸性、比表面积和结晶度等性能进行了考察和测定。结果表明,催化剂上的积炭有两种形态,低温炭和高温炭。再生温度及再生时间对催化剂再生性能有重要影响,水蒸汽再生温度可控制在450℃以下。在适宜再生条件下,催化剂活性能够恢复,且稳定性比新鲜催化剂的更好。
Properties of the coke formed on M-92 cumene synthesis catalyst and regeneration of the catalyst using H2O-O2-N2 were investigated. The activity, acidity, surface area and crystallinity of the regenerated catalysts were tested. The results showed that the coke formed on M-92 catalyst consisted of low - temperature coke and high-temperature coke. Both regeneration temperature and regeneration time had remarkable influence on the activity. Regeneration temperature should be controlled below 450℃. Activity of the deactivated catalyst can be restored by regeneration under appropriate regeneration conditions, with better stability than fresh catalyst.
