摘要
在FCC催化剂生产过程中,高岭土浆液粘度会对生产成本、浆液输送和浆液在喷雾干燥成形时雾化及雾粒分布等造成一定程度的影响。介绍了影响高岭土浆液粘度的主要因素和降低高岭土浆液粘度的技术措施。
In manufacture process of FCC catalysts, viscosity of kaolin slurry influences the manufacturing cost, handling of the slurry and distribution of catalyst particles in the spray during drying. Main factors influencing viscosity of kaolin slurry measures for lowering viscosity of kaolin slurry were reviewed in this paper
