With the constant deepening of the reform of state--owned enterprise, various kinds of contradiction and disputes are emerging constantly inside enterprises. The reasons of leading to the contradictory are various,most of which have direct relations with the leader＇s way of thinking and style of work. We must start from changing the work style of the leadership, take the positive and effective method, deal with and dissolve the contradiction inside enterprises correctly, then we could offer the practical guarantee for reform, development and stability of enterprises,and could advance the construction of the socialist harmonious society energetically.
