摘要
随着国有企业改革的不断深入,企业内部各种矛盾纠纷不断涌现,造成矛盾的原因是多方面的,但大都与领导的思想方法和工作作风有直接关系。必须从转变领导作风抓起,采取积极有效的方法,正确处理和化解企业内部矛盾,才能为企业的改革、发展、稳定提供切实的保障,才能大力推进社会主义和谐社会的建设。
With the constant deepening of the reform of state--owned enterprise, various kinds of contradiction and disputes are emerging constantly inside enterprises. The reasons of leading to the contradictory are various,most of which have direct relations with the leader's way of thinking and style of work. We must start from changing the work style of the leadership, take the positive and effective method, deal with and dissolve the contradiction inside enterprises correctly, then we could offer the practical guarantee for reform, development and stability of enterprises,and could advance the construction of the socialist harmonious society energetically.
