高校学报担负着宣传党的路线、方针、政策以及传播科学文化知识,反映高校科研与教学成果的重任。它应该积极反映社会现实、关注重大的政治问题、经济问题、热点问题,以国际化与规范化为学报的发展方向,努力使学报向世界一流期刊发展。在学报的创新上,要做到五个创新:即办刊形态的创新、学报栏目的创新、编辑手段的创新、编辑人员知识结构的创新、出版模式的创新。
