摘要
目前,江汉油田实施“走出去”战略仍面临一系列人才问题。实施“走出去”战略,对企业人才储备与开发提出了更高要求,为此,需从以下方面改进人才工作办法:加强领导,强化管理,充分挖掘人才资源潜力;完善规划,明确人才工作重点和方向;树立新的人才开发观和辨证用人观念;改善环境,为“走出去”人才战略的深入实施提供保障。
At present,after implementing the"walking out" strategy,Jianghan Oilfield still faces a series of problems about talents. Implementing the "walking out" strategy demands a higher quality for talent storage and development of enterprise. Therefore, enterprise should improve talent's working methods from the following respects: to strengthen leadership, reinforce management, and develop the potentiality of talent resource fully; to perfect planning, and define talent's focal point and direction of work; to set up the new talents development view and the dialectical idea of selecting talent for the job; to improve environment, and provide safeguard for implementing the "walking out" strategy thoroughly.
