摘要
在现有建筑设计规范对筏板承担的荷载尚无明确规定的情况下,为验证在徐州地区故黄河泛滥区内采用桩-筏复合地基时筏板的承载情况及建筑物的下沉量,以框架结构的某9层大楼桩-筏复合地基为例,在现场原位对筏板的承载情况和建筑物的下沉量进行了测试.测试结果表明: 筏板受土反作用力及地下水压力的作用,具有一定的荷载分担率,建筑物的下沉量小且较均匀.
In view of the geological feature of Xuzhou region lying in the flood area of the former Yellow River, the pile-raft composite foundation is applied in the execution of works, but there are no district stipulations to the loads supported on the rafts in the existing architectural design specifications. In this ease, taking the pile-raft composite foundation of a 9-storeyed frame structured building for example, the in-situ measurement is made in order to test the bearing capacity of the rafts and the subsiding quantity of the building. The measured results show that with the effects of the soil reacting force and the groundwater pressure, the rafts are of certain load contributory proportions, and the building is of a small subsiding quantity and an uniform subsidence as well.
