摘要
分析了某水泥厂机立窑框架梁裂缝产生和扩展的原因.对于垂直裂缝,主要是由于突然超载及施工期短、拆模早、养护不足、设备安装影响等因素所造成;对于枣核形裂缝,主要是由混凝土初凝收缩及水灰比过大等方面影响所造成.介绍了裂缝控制及裂缝最大宽度的估算方法以及采用化学灌浆法加固补强框架梁的工艺和效果,并对该加固补强方法进行了评价.
Analysed in this paper are the causes of fracture emergence and development of the shaft kilm frame beam in a cement plant. The vertical fracture is mainly taken shape by such factors as the sudden overload, shortened construction period, earlier form removal, insufficient curing and influences of the equipment installation ; the date-stone fracture is mainly taken shape by such influences as the concrete initial setting shrinkage and excessive water cement radio. A brief survey is given about the technology and results of the reinforcement of the frame beam with chemical grouting, and an evaluation is set on this approach.
