摘要
本文研究利用高压方法提取植物中的天然色素,以提取番茄中的番茄红素为例,将番茄先进行高压处理,然后用有机溶剂提取番茄红素。在本研究中,最佳的高压条件为:200MPa、3次加压、每次加压15m in。在此条件下,前3次的提取量是未经高压处理时的4.8倍。
This paper studied extracting natural pigment from plant by high pressure. We made lycopene extraction as an example, and treated tomato with high pressure, then extracted lycopene with organic solvent. In this paper, the optimal conditions of high pressure were 200MPas, pressing 3 times, 15 minutes per time. The extraction result which we treated tomato pulp in this conditions was as 4.8 times as that which we untreated.
