ATP和ATP-MgCl_2溶液对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘要 目的研究ATP对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法健康家兔30只,随机分为对照组、ATP组和ATP-MgCl2组,每组10只,复制心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察缺血前、缺血40min和再灌注60min血清谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)活性和心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD活性)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及心律失常和心室内压的变化。结果ATP-MgCl2组再灌注期SOD、MDA、GSH-PX和CPK与对照组比较均有显著或非常显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),心脏功能明显改善,ATP组无统计学意义。结论ATP-MgCl2对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,而ATP无保护作用。 Objective To explore the role of ATP and ATP-MgCl2 on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury(RI) . Methods The rabbit model of myocardial ischemic reperfusion was used and the rabbits were divided into three groups :control group, ATP group and ATP-MgCl2 group. The SOD activity, MDA content in heart tissue and GSH- PX,CPK activity in serum were observed at different times. The left ventricular pressure was observed. Results The SOD, MDA, GSH PX and CPK of ATP-MgCl2 group, compared with model group and ATP group, showed significant differences (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). LVSP and dp/dtmax of the heart were also better reserved and recoverd during reperfusion in the ATP-MgCl2 group. Conclusion ATP-MgCl2 could protect the damage of ischemia-reperfusion, ATP couldn't protect the damage of ischemia-reperfusion.
